Counselling and Psychotherapy in Central and North London

A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in your life.

Therapy in a Safe, Comfortable and Private Setting

I am a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and a Registered Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

After a fifteen-year career in the arts and entertainment industry then advertising and commercial post-production, my passion for supporting individuals to realise their potential led me to re-train as an Integrative Psychotherapist. I have since worked in the third sector and in higher education settings, and more recently in private practice.

I understand the impact stress at work, challenges at home and difficulties in our personal relationships can have and I bring this experience into my present-day practice. I work with adults (over 18) on an individual basis, both face-to-face and online via Zoom. I offer both short-term (minimum of 6 sessions) and long-term therapy, either open-ended or for a mutually agreed number of sessions.

Self-Discovery

Whether you are coming to therapy with a specific concern, or need a confidential space to explore whatever is on your mind, I am here to support you. I see psychotherapy as a collaborative endeavour, in which I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk through your thoughts and feelings, explore your emotions and create a deeper understanding of yourself and the life you wish to lead.

Collaborative Healing

I integrate a number of theories and ways of working but tailor my approach to your individual needs. Therapy is not about providing advice, but it can be helpful to think about your early life and relationships, as well as past experiences, and to reflect on how they may have shaped your understanding of yourself, other people and the world in which you live.

Your Path to Growth

Most importantly, I believe that everyone has the capacity to find their own answers and, in our work together, I aim to help you understand your choices, consider new perspectives, reach your own decisions and ultimately to empower you to make appropriate changes as you wish.

Fees & Availability

I offer weekly psychotherapy, with sessions taking place on the same day and at the same time each week.

To help understand what you are looking for from therapy, and whether I would be the right therapist for you, I provide a free initial 15-minute telephone consultation.

If you choose to move forward, we would then meet for an initial

assessment. This and subsequent sessions last 50 minutes and cost £100 per session in Central London and £90 per session in North London and Online.

I also offer a limited number of spaces for those on low income or for

students. Please contact me to enquire about availability.

My Location

I am currently based in Central London on Tuesday mornings, and available in North London and online across the rest of the week. Please get in touch to discuss your availability and which location would work best for you.

In Central London I practice from 53 Davies Street, a discreet building in the heart of Mayfair, on the corner of Davies Street and Brook Street, diagonally across from Claridge’s Hotel.

The Bond Street Elizabeth Line exit is less than a minute's walk away, with the Central Line and numerous buses serving Oxford Street close by. There are multiple cycle stands on nearby streets, and Grosvenor Hill Car Park is a 5 minute walk.

Get In Touch

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how psychotherapy works, or if you would like to arrange an initial consultation.

This enables us to discuss what brings you to therapy, what you would like to gain from the process and whether I would be the right therapist for you.

All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential.
